To put the diesel rad in you need a diesel core support from the same body style, unless you want to cut and weld.

It's all bolt in stuff and not too hard, the core support to frame bushings can be a bear. I didn't do the whole front clip for my conversion, just the core support.

There's a rad local on CL from a turbo for $150 and another on the same ad, non-turbo for $100. I'm not aware of a difference. I have a diesel core support from the 85, but I'm sure you could find stuff closer.
