Fastest way to get the seat belt out is to drill the bolt. Use a drill a little bit larger than the bolt thread, and the head will come right off once the drill bit goes deep enough. You can then later use smaller drills and progressively go up in size till you can use a tap and clean the threads out.

They used locktite on these bolts at the factory. And they also stick through underneath and get rusty. They can be very difficult to remove.

I picked up the truck today. The upholsterer rolled back the carpet and heated up the bolt, which he eventually did remove... after I cut the the seat belt. The seat is beautiful. Not by any means an exact duplicate of what Ford offered in 1993, but LMC delivered as close as possible. The installer spent hours, he claimed making the LMC cover work. I believe him.
I drove the truck home with the top of my head 3" from the headliner. Over the years the factory seat & foam had me probably at 8" from the top of my head to the headliner.
I bought used passenger seat belts as close as I could find on EBay. I'll install those and get the Maine Vehicle Inspection completed soon thereafter.
