I've seen it designed before, but I'm going to throw one together whenever I have free time (not anytime soon
). Dont know if my CDR is bad, but I do get a good amount of oil in the intake. So to rememdy that, I'm going to do this:
I'm going to run the stock CDR into this, mounted somewhere. Then run a tube into the stock intake location. THe main purpose of this device is to get as much oil out of the blow by as possible before it goes into the intake. It is also different than a RDT in the fact that no gas will exit underneath the truck, as it will be burnt. When I do an intake of some sort, I will just drill and tap the tube to accept the hose.
I'm thinking at least 1" hose. Especially since it will have a longer path to go than the stock ATS CDR tube setup. So I might have to increase it to 1.5".
This is in the planning stages right now. I will keep everyone updated.
