Just to throw it out there, I changed my injector o-rings a couple of times before I got them to quit leaking. Yet there were 3 that "weeped" and appeared wet. I tried the square viton o-ring thinking there would be more surface area for sealing. I put the square o-rings on the weeping caps and that did indeed stop the weeping. Now all are nice and dry and no diesel smell in the truck cabin. They were not any harder to install. Just smear a little grease on the injector and o-rings and push the cap on with a twisting motion.
50 durometer is soft, 75 is medium, and 90 is considered hard. I used 75 duro.
