Gary, one of your fuse links I bet is failing, go to starter relay and tug on them, I bet one parts.
I just looked it up in my huge foldout of 88, 89 wiring.

Thanks Russ. Al was telling me last night on the cell this is where to start looking by testing the wires with a continuity tester. Sad thing is if the fuse able link is failed internally I will have no complete circuit. Will pull on the wires a bit.. See what spits out at me...
