No cool air, what did I ****** up?

Changed teh heater core in the truck, ever since then I have no cold vent. (AC broken and not hooked up) but i used to have ambient air temp blow. Now its just HOT at the cold setting, and perhaps HOTTER at the hot setting.

Something wrong with the blend door? I cant seem to get the temp blend all the way to the right for max hot.

You probably didnt reconnect the blend door. Either that, or the cable (black sheath) isnt clipped in.
