So 'at times' what would cause a veeeeeery slight surge/romp at idle? So slight the tach doesn't pick it up but can be felt while in the drivers seat.
It's almost like a extremely weak blower romp from a gaser.

My bet goes to the cold idle advance kicking on. I had a 6.2 that used to do that and it was the IP on it's way out. Shortly after that, it started getting "hot starts" and I just replaced it.
