Some of you have heard about my 460 to turbo 6.9 conversion on the 92, well its on hold right now... Just picked up a truck that I thought I was gonna scrap but got lookin at it and decided it is in a lot better shape than the 92. Also found out it was a Flordia truck for some time, and it really shows! Body is perfect by Ohio standards.
Incase you wondering, its a 90 F150 2wd Ex-cab long bed. It has a 5.8 w/ bad head gasket and an E4OD.
Now I need to locate 1 ton front springs, and a 2wd transmission.

I bet shipping would be really high on that, I'm gonna do some lookin for some closer. If I cant find anything I'll let ya know. How long till it goes to the scrapper?

Probably next week. I'm pulling the last of the item that folks needed and then have it hauled away. I can yank the springs anyway, at least to get a weight for shipping, shouldn't be too bad with them being coils.

As of right now, no I dont plan to sell the 92. Unless your gonna make me an offer I cant refuse!
Mel I might be interested in that trans, I'm goin to look at some parts this weekend so I'll have a beter idea of what I need then.
