I didn't need any of this but I won it anyway. The fuel pickup has me interested though and the new Ford water pump was a great deal. So when I get all this and anybody needs something just let me know. The pickup is what I will be checking out first. If that works on our trucks then maybe we have a way to fix our crappy shower head pickups and Ford sells it.

I have a bad taste in my mouth from a new senders with a new pickups on them. They were off the senders and floating in the tanks in a matter of THREE MONTHS. They where swollen and unusalbe. -cuss

I'll just do the fuel line mod and ditch the factory pickup when I need to do the senders again. It will save me the hassel of pulling the bed to again a few months later. Even new from Ford, they were a big disappointment.:dunno

I'm confused... That pickup pictured is what the trucks origionally came with right? It looks like all the ones I've pulled out???
Anyway... If I'd have seen that auction I would've been bidding on it, Great price for a waterpump!

Yes Steve... That is a good price for a new Ford water pump... It pails compared to the $15.00 new cam I bought along with Sean just before Christmas. Or the new bare heads for $51.25 a piece... Sometimes I'm lucky finding these great buys. Other times I'm not.... Spare parts that are not made any longer become priceless fast.

Yeah Russ... I'm begining to think enough is enough but obsolete parts are good to find when they are not made any longer. The wife keeps asking what I'm doing buying all the crap!!! Well... It sure beats the hell out of buying crap for her horses and my "stuff" can sit broken for years... A horse can't and Vets still make houscalls.... I guess someday I will sell some but at a profit because I know there are no places that can supply what I have. I asked Navistar International once a few years ago about buying a new cam..... It was almost $800.00.... So buying on for $15.00 was in my oppinion a good deal. How can I go wrong. No, That part wont go behind the rear seat... I don't have a set of lifters yet....:D The last visit to my favorite pick-a-part I found a new VVR valve... So it found its way into my pocket... I had already paid $2.00 to get in. No, I didn't need or could use it but someone will come along and really need it now.... I will have it.
