Shadetree method for double flaring stainless brake lines. Vice grips and a c-clamp

And brass double barbed return line fitting epoxied into the plastic reservior is holding up well to the power steering fluid

After chasing down a few leaks at new flare fittings got to test the new stuff out

Steering doesn't work as well when mashing on the brakes and power steering pump makes some noise when only moderately pressing the brakes

Might have to do pump mod to get a little extra pressure but pump might just be tired too

Ebrake setup works moderately well. Will hold the 10000lbs out of gear on a decent decline. Super easy to adjust. Might get better after break in too

Aslo afraid my ugly Ebrake cable clamps will slip Those cable ends used to be on the drum side. So far nothing budging

In gear on steep hills it's solid

A little preview. Things getting ready to happen!

Also getting parts/plans together for a front four link conversion with a lower arm integrated sway bar setup...maybe overkill..

Too late to turn back now!

Few days on the brakes now. Steering Performance issues and whining completely cleared. Must have bled itself. Takes a bit of time with all the new lines

Pedal response is immediate. Rarely depressed more that 1". Legs get figdety. They were doing so much work before!

And the Cadillac ebrake is definitely acceptable! Holds on some big hills. If you treat the pedal like a leg press machine it'll slow you down okay too

Only problem now is the brake light likes to stay on. Ford has the weird pedal shaft based brake switch. Have to pull back the pedal to get it to come off. If my hydroboost rod was 1/16" longer the booster return would be enough to turn it off
