Typ4 sells the best matched and... Pop tested new set anywhere. Mel will be selling a Moose Mister that really is about the best high performance injector yet to be tested. It has plenty of promise and lots of us are watching....:sly Dieselcare has proven to be Diesel NOT CARE... You will not be happy with aything you buy from them. they have a very bad rep here because they cheated several members but... You may be the lucky one and get what you pay for... Do yo feel lucky....:rotflmao:eek:

Thanks for the tip, guess I'm not going to buy from Diesel Care.

Typ4 is a vendor? who can I contact on these.

As far as the Moose injectors, I'm not looking for high performance injectors, just some good replacement for my NA motor, how would these play into my application.

Just looked through the member section and realized that myself...oops.

No Idea how old the fuel system is on the truck, I have no maintenance records for the truck, I picked it up with 292k on it. It runs great, I just have what I believe is an injector leak down issue, so I say screw it, I want to replace all 8 and be done with it.

You probably should change the injection pump along with the injectoer. usually the pumps last around 120,000 miles a do the injectors. Some will disagree with these numbers but time does tel the truth. Russ (typ4) can be trusted to give you a fair price and best of al... He will stand behind what he sells.

Don't know if the injection pump is in the budget right now, plus i only will probably use this truck 10 times a year, I'm getting tired of my starting issue and if the injectors solve it than great.

I don't care so much about the starting issue in the summer but in the winter when I have to crank and crank, the batteries will usually go dead...plus I just added a third battery this spring.
