Just installed new Motorcraft glow plugs and and a Dieselrx GP Controller. Much faster and smoother starts now, I was surprised at what a dramatic difference that made.

Definitely, she had sat for a few years so had to do the front tank, lift pump, injection pump, injectors, belts/hoses and brakes.
An ounce of prevention beats a pound of cure!
