This truck since I got it in 03, has never started real good cold or got acceptable mileage, I guess I finally had enough again. Checked my timing, and it was right at 9* where I left it, soo I bumped it ahead 2*. Sat mornig at 19*, before I moved the timing, it started but took 10-15sec of cranking. Sun morning with timing set at 11* and outside temp at 11* it fired up within 3sec of cranking. could my timing tools be off that far, or is it my balancer, or does my motor just like more timing?
