Took the plunge and just bought the damned thing, note the pristine condition of the exterior of the bed - e.g. no rust. Some damage around the camper tie downs, but very trivial. My body shop guy is going to strip it, undercoat it and repaint it to match my truck next week :)

A rust free bed of this vintage is unheard of in Denver.

So psyched. Also very much like the tailgate - it has the metal folding style of tail gate holders instead of the cables.

You going to part the rest of it out?
If you are, what color is the interior?

unclear at the moment. I'll be taking the compressor, turn signal switch, blower, and some other goodies and the body shop that I'm using may offer me something for the remaining stuff.

Okey doke.
If its got the blue interior I'd be interested in the door panels at the least.
Let me know.
