Although my truck is not going to be a powerhouse, I have been thinking about upgrading my fuel pump to that "Moose Pump", but what are the performance gains? And is it worth it?

As I recall, you pretty much NEED to have a turbo for a Moose Pump to be worthwhile....your sig says your truck's n/a. I don't know if Mel can make a Moose Pump tuned for an n/a engine; hopefully someone who knows better will respond shortly. Certainly, I would be greatly concerned about exhaust temp...

You're stock pump will make more than enough fuel to melt that N/A stock engine together. You could get a Moose Pump and turn it down and or watch the EGT gauge like a hawk, but frankly I don't see the point.

Ok, well your'e right about the non-turbo, but i forgot to say i am probably going to turbo it.

The turbo it and... Add an intercooler.. That way you will use every bit of the moose pump...
