Got a 93 f350 4x4 dually that I tow with. It currently has a banks sidewinder. I've recently bought a set of r&d stage 1 injectors. Looking to get a bigger ip and have my banks turbo upgraded.View media item 616

Welcome to the forum! That’s a sweet rig and some fun toys. I offer a lot of performance parts for the IDIs, you can checkout some of that on the forum here and on our website:
https://classicdieseldesigns.com/

I can rebuild and upgrade the sidewinder turbo, or set you up with a bolt on aftermarket turbo, I also do some pretty hot pumps and offer from a stock 65cc db2 up to a 150cc db2.

I recently discovered your site, which led me to this forum. From my facebook groups, I know not all idi parts companies are good. I've currently got stage 1 injectors from r&d (uninstalled) I've talked to russ some on upgrading my sidewinder. I do have access to a 093 that has a bad turbo. Just not sure the best route. I had planned to buy an ip from r&d, but he is just so backed up.

Awesome, yeah Justin had issues with his pump shop and he’s quit making any pumps until he’s setup to do it all in-house. I actually like the 093 platform better than the sidewinder, the turbo on the ats kit is a more generic turbo that’s easier to upgrade, while the sidewinder is kinda oddball, but with how it’s mounted it’s easy to get an s300 in its place, just depends on what route you want to go. Do you have a power figure in mind? Are you going to stud the engine?

Dont really have a power number in mind. I do plan on studding. I just would like some more power for pulling. I pull that load for a few hundred miles at a time and headwind and hills really put a hurt on the ol girl. What I need is stock reliability with more power. It's a workhorse not a racecar.

It's a 93 f350 dually pulling a 40' gooseneck. Got a 92 bronco with a 460 on 57" tall tractor tires and my brothers 02 f150 with 65" tall tires. The bronco is tore down right now getting 5 ton rockwell axles, 4 linked, and 65" tall tires.

That’s a pretty heavy load, I would recommend the 110cc db2 or my big plunger db2833, the 110 is a real safe daily drive able pump, and is good for 20-30psi of boost and about double the factory idit output. If you want more than that I would skip the 130cc pump and go for the big bore db2 since you are getting a completely new head and rotor with the marine plunger conversion, other than the larger plungers the rest of the pump gets the same upgrades as my db4, and should come close to a four plunger pump would output, without the cost of the $2300 4 plunger conversion.

110 sounds like what I need. I seen a 093 upgrade on your site, what options do you have for the sidewinder and how do they compare to the 093 upgrade?

I really don’t mess a whole lot with the banks turbos, I can do a 60-1 compressor wheel but as far as larger turbine wheels I would just have to have one in hand and see what sizes I can fit. For the 110 pump, I would do a 60-1/t350 wheel combo if it were an 093 turbo, it’s very likely I could do something similar for the sidewinder.

79jasper I have. I also know that products listed on the internet arent always "in stock" just like he lists nothing for banks turbo, but offers support for them. See?

I don’t stock these calibration pumps on the shelves just because most my orders are for the biggest db2 and the 90cc, so I try and stock those. Let me know if you want me to take a look at the sidewinder, Russ may be able to do some upgrades as well.
