I got the one that's on my truck right now from Auto Zone. I didn't think about comparing them before the install. If the arm is 1/2" or even 1" longer than your old pump, I don't think that would matter. There's not really anything for that arm to hit.

thanks for the reply. i didn't even consider that fact. i may have to just bump the motor over to get the cam further away before installing. thanks again.

There are two styles of arms, one straight and one... not. Both are just fine. Just make sure to get the straight style in under the cam - as long as you put it in place by angling it downward and in, then "up" and bolting it in, you should be fine.
