John, I'd check your fan housing for debris build up. Maybe pull the fan and try to lube it. I don't know if that's possible or not. If the fuse blows sometimes, but not all the time, is it when you first kick it on, or when it's been on for a while. Do you shut your fan off before you shut down the truck?

Mel,
It has only happened twice, so I havn't noticed a pattern yet. I try to remember to start the truck with the fan off, but my memory is kinda fried. I'm just going to change the fuse again. Now that A/C season is over, maybe it'll be fine through heating season.
