I've got an Exhaust Problem!

For my 1988 F250 super cab 4x4:
My entire exhaust is from AP I installed years ago.
Y pipe #95978 (has a hole at bend) AP manufacture stopped making it, all local parts stores... "out of stock."
Pipe after Y-pipe #28385 AP stopped making it and Walker doesn't even show it.
Muffler bracket #8179 AP stopped making it, can't get it.
Two gaskets (9079) out of stock, can't get them.
Local well known parts house that can 'usually' get anything called Walker, stated Walker 'may' start making the Y pipe end of July.
Rock Auto... no good.
I haven't tried LMC Truck.
EDIT.... I 'can' get the AP muffler and the pipe before and after muffler, but that's it!
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.

Any muffler shop can make all of that and usually cheaper then buying it and installing your self. It’s just exhaust tubing. I’d also get a straight through muffler that style is restrictive.

Negative... fabricating the Y pipe alone is $$$$!
Also, not interested in not having a muffler.

Probably get a lot longer life out of exhaust shop work. That walker stuff is cheap, but it is also cheap. Most of it I have used, and I have used alot, is much lighter tubing than I have seen any exhaust shop use.

The walker stuff is cheap though, and is quick and easy.....if it fits right...ish.

Can you drop the Y pipe and weld a patch over the hole? Maybe have someone else weld it if you can't? That will at least get you going for now.

What I can complain about is how parts for our old trucks are becoming discontinued and harder to find.
At my age I'm not too concerned about how long a Walker etc exhaust will last (I won't have this truck much longer or I'll be dead) but what concerns me is I can't get the needed parts!

Well I called a friend that has a shop and is one heck of an excellent welder... so I'll be taking it there to see if the integrity of the Y-pipe is good enough to where it can be patched/welded.
It blows my mind that even the muffler bracket isn't even available... I can buy the AP muffler but not the mounting bracket!

Hold the Bus... I 'believe' I'm seeing the AP muffler hanger #8179 and the two gaskets AP #9079 on Rock Auto!
But no Y-pipe and no #28385 pipe... I 'may' be able to get that made.

Ugh... my Y pipe can't be welded.
Turns out my local Meineke Muffler does a good amount of custom exhaust work.
The fella said maybe I can cut out the bad bend and make a new bend to sleeve both ends onto what's existing and use two clamps.
That would probably be the less costly option. VS making an entire new Y pipe.

I believe I looked into Dynomax... "not available" but I'll double check.
Meineke wants $600 to make the Y pipe.
Walker rep told me they will make more again but, don't have a run-date.

I realize they have to make it, but that number just for the Y is a little extreme.
To buy some time I may have to try some muffler tape and 'hope' Walker actually decides to make them again.
I'll be calling Walker once a week.
