ha ha i accidently found why my power locks dont work

So i was wiring up my electric fuel pump to my fuseblock and noticed i was missing a fuse. I looked at my owners manual and it was for my power locks. why would somebody remove it???

Because the OP blew a fuse and didn't have a replacement and used that one to replace it.

that or they are shorting and they never fixed it, just pulled the fuse
