Garret Turbo ID

I was curious last night. One of my Techs was replacing the turbo on a DT466 I notice the turbo was a garret The tag on the turbo was gone but The casting had numbers in it. .60 M24. I took the housing out and compared it ti my turbo and the turbine housing had similar casted #s. .70 m45 if I remember correctly will have to go look again to be sure. Anyhow I am assuming that the DT466 turbo is smaller. It looks just like mine only non waste gated. Anyone Know?

i belive there is someone who has put a turbo off of a dt466, if i had one i would sure do it instead of a psd turbo.

Yeah but was this a Non Waste gated turbo off of a DT466 Or Was it The Newer WasteGated Version off Of a DT466E Which is much larger. I will Try to get my hands on one of Each and Take Measurements all over to see what exactly the differences are between the 3.
