So dropped both tanks @ local Ford dealership - cleaned out old remaining pieces of fuel pick-up cones of failure - reinstalled tanks and rear tank skid plate - reinstalled refurb sending units w/new feet $ 682
New rear tank (Spectrum F1G) from Amazon $79
Refurbished both tank sending units @ www.tristarrradiator.com $270 (includes freight)
Old rear tank had corrosion all over the interior on all sides including bottom -- never let this tank set empty -- front tank had no corrosion at all.
New sending units/pick-ups look great -- new floats - rheostats -- Dan was great to work with.
I'm happy -- truck is happy
