okay I found a guy who is selling a Dana 60 front and 10.25 rear he want 650 for both with everything i need to put the front axle in my truck. The only Problem is the axles are 4.10's and my truck is 3.55. How hard is it to swap out gear sets in the front axle and what would it cost to do? I would like to do it myself it its possible to save some money. Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like a great price as long as nothing is wrong with it.

Swapping the gears is not hard, and getting a 3.54 set for a D60 HP shouldn't be hard.

Hate to drag up an old post.... but do you still need the 3.55s? I have a 3.55 axle and need 4.10s... let me know if you still looking for someone to trade.
