Fresh rebuild and now it burns coolant

So a guy I work with as a 98 F-250 . He just had a fresh rebuild on the 7.3 psd and now it's eating coolant like crazy the shop it's at has pressure tested the cooling system and it checked out do any of you have any other ideas what it could be

If no external leaks are obvious it's not going to be fun. Has the pressure test been done on a hot engine?
Only so many places for coolant to go, If it's not on the ground I'd be checking both fuel and oil just to be safe.
Typically if any part of the cooling system leaks internally it will contaminate the coolant, being the lowest pressure, but there have been those rare cases that crop up.

Funny you say that that's what they ended up doing now they are pulling he motor I guess that's what you get when you buy a nap long block

I had a fresh set of heads where the gawd daymned machine shop use a fricken socket extension to install the injector cups, and didn't use any sealant.
leaked like a ******
check this first
