Engine and trans swap

Here is the plan;
I have a 90 F350 IDI, C6, 4x4 with a bad head gasket. I have a 94 IDI turbo, E4OD, with T/case. I want to swap the turbo engine and trans into the 90 F350. What else do I need to make this work. I do not have the trans controller module, or wiring harness. The 94 donor truck was a burn victim, all metal parts are in good condition but all the plastic is melted.

What wheelbase is the truck?
I know you will need driveshafts and possibly the crossmember.
I have a crossmember if your truck is a regular cab longbed.
I have a rear driveshaft sitting on Ebay right now for longbed.
I know you are going to need some wiring and that controll box for sure.
I have both but I need the stick shift harness before I can cut loose with my E40D harness and controller.

Other than that the only thing I can think of is possibly the frame mounted shifter mechanism. I also have that. :Sly

Hopefully someone else knows about the wiring etc.

The truck is a CC LWB so your rear drive shaft will be too short, it is possible the front will work. I do not have a stick shift truck pirate the harness off of. PM me about the controller box, harness, crossmember, and shifter. Thanks
