Got to do the same thing to my 7.3 IDI-T. What did the factory use to plug this hole on turbo trucks? If my intake had one, I can't find it.

I did a CDR valve delete here not too long ago… bought a rubber expansion plug, cinched it tight in there. Then five feet of inch and a quarter hose going from the crankcase vent to behind the right front mudflap.

The engine waiting to go in my truck, is just a piece of angle iron to hold the gromet in place. I pick a size washer to fit in the gromet and used that size bolt.

While you are at it you might consider moving the return line tee up to the front of the engine. That's what I did and it makes it much easier to work on and check for leaks. Any connections back behind the turbo are a pain to access once the engine is installed.
