Ive done reading on and off for the past few years and would love to do the conversion now that my truck bed is off for some other fixes. I know the fundamentals of how it works, im just looking for help from people that have done it to this motor/truck and see if someone can guide me on what exactly needs to be bought to piece a kit together.
For example, can the stock fuel valve be used or should i buy something different?
What exactly are people using to heat the oil and having good success without much reliability issues?
What's a good setup to clean the oil efficiently and cost effectively?
I understand this all takes alot of time and effort to figure out a good method, I'm not sure how easily people are willing to offer up this kind of information. I know I can be kinda that way sometimes with my 2 stroke stuff.. But if your willing to help I really do appreciate it! I understand it takes alot of time to get a good setup tweaked.
