Diesel Direct???

I bought a set of cam bearings on 4-25-06 and paid for them on Paypal. I still have not recieved them yet. I have bought things from New York and other places on the East Coast stnce and have them now. This is after I bought from Diesel Direct. Has anybody else had trooble getting parts from them? I have called them 2 times but no return calls yet. I don't want to ruin them but this is what is happening at this time.....

Usually an ultimatum email from you warning you will call paypall wich will freeze their account works wonders and if they answer fast there is no harm.

So... Now its 14 business days and 2 phone calls to Diesel Direct (none were returned) and I still don't have my cam bearings yet. What I found today in my Email was a shipment confermation that my parts have been shipped. I very much dought I will be buying from this outfit again for any reason. I don't understand why they couldn't have given me an Email message or phone call telling me anything. I almost feel like my purchase meant nothing. Ok, now I'm feeling better.....
