Maybe you can patch up the hard line with a hose and clamps, depending where it's damaged.

It's too blurry, I can't tell what I'm looking at. Can you clean off the line and slip a 3/8" hose over the damaged area, and clamp it at either end of the hose so it seals the damaged area?

IMHO, it was over-tightened or tightened without a backup wrench on the pump fitting. I believe the hardline is the line to the filter. If that is the case there would not be a lot of vibration, unless the filter housing is loose. under the circumstances, I would use a rubber fuel line using the appropriate fittings to make things work.

Got my pump out and not only was it cracked the hardline is spraying diesel out of it now

Did the bull cream your truck? But yeah that's pretty heavy duty vibration, if it's vibration. Was the nut cross threaded, maybe?

Yeah, that filter assembly is wiggling too much. It almost looks like the bracket that holds the assembly is the culprit.

Another thing to check would be the bolts that hold the bracket that your alternator pivots on. You may have to remove the vacuum pump to get to all three bolts. If those aren't tight, that may allow the filter head mounting bracket to move like that.

One more thing to check is to see if that bracket itself is cracked. I haven't seen that happen, but I suppose that it could.

All 4 bolts where tight no cracks as far as I can tell

It sure looks like it's wiggling in the video. I watched mine this morning when I started it up and it didn't look like yours, as far as wiggle goes. The filter head isn't loose?

In the video, it looks like the entire bracket is loose. Austin, can you wiggle the bracket by hand? Also, there should only be three bolts that hold it to the head.
