Hey I found this and emailed the guy, so don't step on my toes, but if the PSD is trashed can I put my 88 7.3 in it???

If your smog laws allow it(most states prohibit older motors going into newer chassis), a IDI is a drop-in if you have a trans to go along with it. You will have fun figuring out the wiring spaghetti mess out.
As far as stepping on your toes for this deal, I really doubt you are going to have much competition in the basement for a $4k psd with a locked up motor.
