Core support size

Since I am putting the diesel in the 150/Bronco size chassis, I hav picked up an aftermarket radiator for it. Obviously it will not fit the Bronco core support so I cut the bottom off of it. The problem is that I am not sure how low to make the mount for the radiator. So, can someone get me a few measurements? I need:

1)How far over the top of the core support the rad sits.

2)How far the bottom of the core support is, below the lowest part below the headlight area.

Also, a pic would be GREAT...as this is the final part before the body lift comes off and it is drivable.

Okay...well to help you out, they arre a pain to do. Reason being, the extreme curves to make it go around the bottom of the rad and past the frame. I do not have the space to do it (as all of my projects are taking up my free space and this takes up a ton) so I am hoping at least I can get a lower piece to graft to mine.

Heres some pics of an 86 diesel core suport. It is about 27 inches from the bottem to the inside of the top.

I've got a couple of pics in the operation golddigger link that show the graft.
A good drill bit and some patience and you can graft the lower barrel onto the core support with success.

Thanks for the pic there Ironman. I guess I should be more openminded as I look at that. I was thinking how I was going to fit something strong enough to hold the rad in there and now see the drop actually goes around the rad and not totally between it and the frame....Man...I cant see the forrest....

I've got a early diesel core support that you're welcome to have if you need something to cut up and weld in ( or it might bolt right in?? ). Might be easier than guessing. I'm not too all fired far away, just outside of Little Rock, AR if you want the thing.
