it's a IH 345. they had a 266, 304, 345, 392 AND they could have had an AMC 401 for a little while. the scouts could have had an AMC 232 or 258 but those were the only amc's. it's not a factory dually, it must have an adaptor hub on the rear, any factory duallys would also have dual wheels on the front.
