Convert from Auto to Manual trans

What would be involved and which transmission would be best to use to change from an Allison AT545 to a manual transmission in my truck?

I completed the transmission swap back in April The Green truck in the picture was the 6 Speed donor. I need to get a picture uploaded in the computer of my Truck and change the picture. There is another thread that details some of the basics of the swap. I have been wanting to add some pictures to that thread also. Busy working on everything else this summer. Once the weather turns there may be more time for playing with the computer.
