The firewall on an OBS is different from an 83-87. The plate I make a sell will do no good. The pedal assembly has the support built into it. If yours is having issues you have bigger problems. Broken pedal assembly....Bracket that holds the dash to the firewall broke off...Etc...

Mine has cracks. I reinforced the area and learned how to shift without the clutch.

What is the firewall flex fix for 1996 F-Superduty XLT 7.3?
There isn't one. There shouldn't need to be one. OBS cab is considerably stiffer than either predecessor; are you actually able to see/measure firewall flex while the clutch pedal is being operated?

Little to no movement when operating clutch but I have significant amount of movement when applying brake, so much my master cylinder moves up about 1".
