I have 1995 f150 2wd 300 6 Did a clutch job about a year ago, slave cylinder started to lose prime 6 months later, replaced slave cylinder. New slave lasted about two weeks then pedal went to floor. Replaced slave and master with dorman parts, couldn't find master pushrod in box, ended up using old one. That lasted about a month and yesterday was driving truck, went to push clutch pedal to shift and pedal was stiff as a board, pushed through it and pedal went to floor. Have no clutch pedal now. Any ideas on what could have gone wrong this time? I figure using the old pushrod was my mistake. Is there a good aftermarket clutch slave and master that I can get that will 100% work better than what I have going on right now? Also would love to switch to a mechanical clutch but don't think that's an option.
