Stop waiting and just buy it. You wont find any adapter plus the complete unit for that price anywhere. Someone has no idea what they have. The one and only reason not to buy this unit is if its an early J type instead of the newer P type gv. Even then you can still use them on our trucks...

Looks just like the one I had for the 1356. It's not the 1345 as it is the back half of the transfer case.
