boring fuel inlet on stanadyne db-2

has anyone here modified the fuel inlet on the stanadyne db-2 i.p.? i want to enlarge the inlet to 3-8 inch line, if anyone has did this mod. please post here with your results and maybe some pics, thanks in advance for your input

It is 3/8 line already. The threads are -5 oring, I used an adapter to go with 3/8 stainless braid line.
