Mine hasn't ever fallen off completely, but it has come loose and showered fuel over the manifold. Made a nice smoke cloud, which alerted me to something being wrong.

The first time I caught it it was just very loose. The 2nd time it fell off at 5am on my way to work. I was half asleep and the only clue was when the truck died!

Finally got tochange them out. I just did the cab bushings, radiator support will have to wait for warmer weather.

I just hate replacing parts that don't need it lol

I'd say they were due! Definitely more vibration in the cab you REALLY REALLY notice the tire that's out of balance now!

No regrets about going to poly bushings. Only problem with vibration is stuff that needs to be fixed anyway. Don't know for sure if that was the clunk I was hearing but I'll know in a few days.
