Hey all, I work at a Vo Tech school and took my truck in to have some work done. When I bought my truck it had been sitting for a couple of months and when I started it, it took a couple cranks but she fired up. The school rebuilt my steering box and ever since they received it down at the school the batteries go dead. They are constantly chargin' 'er up, so I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what might be the problem. Thanks...

charge the batteries, and check them with a multimeter. if you see them consistantly draining, then something is taking power. if they're not up to par, then replace them, but if the truck was only sitting for a couple of months and you've never had a problem with batts before you shouldn't have a problem with them now.
