Banks sidewinder turbo kit complete minus turbo

Well I bought this kit a few months back and the kit got shipped in one box and the turbo in another both boxes got shipped at the same time and arrived at Denver together but the second box never made it thru Denver so after two months of dealing with ups I give up so here it is 250 + shipping everything but turbo

Is it an auto or 5 speed kit? I think the banks are specific.

I'm interested in this if it's still avalible and if the guy with the turbo still had it? From the pics it looks like this is the wastegated kit? And does it matter if your truck is a manual or auto? Mine is a 4 speed t19
