Sorry but I'm going to have to disagree with you. The only crewcab longbeds were made in 2wd. 4x4 models only came in a shortbed version.

Dodge did the same thing thru the 70s and 80s. 4x4 crews were only available in short bed. The only exception was a dually, longbed only no matter the drivetrain. I don't know when Ford started making dually pick-ups, but they may have done the same.
