What about a hair drier or a heat gun, to warm the backing and allow it to lie into the floor better..... once the power comes back on

Working on getting the carpet installed. So far I am not impressed with the fitment.

Seems like I read, somewhere, that there were two different humps put in these trucks. A shorter one for the manual transmission, and a taller one for the automatic. I wonder if that is what you have going on.

Typical Oregon. Sudden nasty storm, wipes out power and is gone within minutes. Power is back on, yay. Got lucky this time.

The carpet is almost fully installed. I have to RETRACT my previous statement about fitment issues. After working it around I was able to get everything lined up and fitting well, it actually fits pretty good ! I didn't trim at all. If anything it could have used a little trimming up at the firewall but I just folded the extra few inches over. While installing the seatbelts I noticed a loose rear - driver cab mount bolt. So I attempted to tighten it and snapped the damn thing off. So now I get to drop the front tank to gain access to that... -cuss

Love the carpet! I would purchase it again. More pics soon.

Looks great! I used ACC for my 79 F350 SuperCab. Did the Peel n Seal then carpet. Fit was great. I would do it again to any vehicle.

I hope you removed the rear seat and insulated behind it and under it, lot of noise comes from there.
