Does this help any?

I've got a few other pictures of the tranny, but I think these are the closest to what you're looking for...

Hope this helps some...good luck!

Nothin gets by you Rob :D

Warden do you have any pics of the tranny side of the transfer case too and also would it be possible if you still got that tranny out to measure the inside diameter of the mounting flange Thanks ;Sweet

Whoa there partner! Putting an electric fuel pump on is a sin, but going with an overdrive or double overdrive is ok? :rotflmao :rotflmao :rotflmao

That locating pin is dang handy. Makes the transfer case "hang on" while you take the last bolt out.

:draw you got that right more mechanical gears the better I'm trying to figure out now how to get rid of the electric shift motor and put in a lever so I can twin stick it :Sly ;Sweet ;Sweet

So I'm guessing that since the locating pin holds the transfer case up while taking the bolts out that the front of the transfer case is not machined to fit in the rear of the tranny for alignment

I can't measure the inside diameter of the mounting flange on the ZF5; that tranny's been in my truck ever since last June. I still have the T-19 that came out of the truck, though, and can measure that (I'm pretty certain they're the same; the B-W 13-45 transfer case that was mounted to the T-19 bolted right up to the ZF).

I just looked; no pics of the transfer case that show the tranny side in any detail...sorry. :(

thats ok warden I've never had the tranny and transfer split so basically all I'm wondering is if the transfer has a machined lip that fits tightly in the rear end of the tranny for alignement
