94 ford diesel cruise control problem

I have a 94 ford diesel and the cruise doesnt work.Any one else have the same problem

Yes. There is a tech article in the IDI tech forum on troubleshooting the cruise control. It should help.

FWIW, I'd guess that 90% of the time it's a brake shutoff problem. Either a pedal mouted switch out of adjustment, or a brake master cyl switch problem

Mine was the clutch depression switch.
