Interior looks good too! You don't need a pat on the back from me, but you get one anyway! Any idea on what color it will be when it is painted?

Notice I said painted, not finished. They are never finished right?

I WANT TO THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU!
with all of your help and knowledge, it would have taken me alot longer than it did!
its nice to beable to post ideas and get alot of feedback. i would have been stuck on a few of the items for weeks if it wasnt for you guys!

i still need to purchase another CC door, one of them is beat beyond my will to fix it.
i really want to get all 4 rear doors with electric windows in.
when thats all done, the entire truck will be painted OD green, like the hood and the roof.
my plan of attack is to have it look like my old Seabee units work truck.
afterall it is a truck!

when i do a project, i like to stay on it to a certain point.
ive built many many cars in my day, and watching them develop is almost like watching your son grow.
with alot more control over them :)
after i get these few sidejobs out of the door, i will be replacing beat up body panels on my E-350, then back on my MANchero!
the chero has been sitting for too long. and a powerstroked, 5 speed lifted ranchero seems so awesome right now she deserves the same attention i gave my 87.

THANKS AGAIN GUYS YOU ROCK!

INSTEAD OF POSTING ANOTHER THREAD, THE NEXT ROUND OF MODS!!!

well, i finally got my truck into my shop again.

spent the day working on her and helping my cousin work on his new 72 chevelle!

i added the beginnings of a step for my woman thats getting huge in the tummy!
she loves riding in the truck, but she has a hard time getting in it..lol
twin boys in the oven!!;Sweet
i have some aluminum diamond plate thats going on next week.

i did some cutting on the core support for FMIC clearance
i need to go get some 1/16" metal for the mounts.
i didnt have any, and tomorrow is a beach day, itll have to wait till monday!

i welded a piece of 2" pipe to the intake hat to accept boots.

i have the piping sort of mocked up.
shes gonna look nice all TIG welded and polished!!!

Looks good! Could the turbo be reclocked so the pipe would come out above the other one? Looks like it's a little tight under there.

shes a little snug, but it has a 20* bend, and looks like it will flow rather well.
it was just a few first cuts. im sure ill be changing something when i get closer.
id like to keep everything as close as i can.
the lower the better.
hopefully i still have a 3" U-bend left for intake duct.

As long as you don't need a scoop you're good right;Sweet. Thats a killer looking charge air cooler set up man and an inspiring project. I have a few extra fun tickets laying around from the sale of a business so I am hunting for a bricknose cc for my off road stepside project. I just found a front dana 60 and bed for cheap . There are some bad ass builds going on here right now. Thanks for sharing.

Most OEM intercooler installs put the a/c condenser forward of the intercooler. Certainly, that's what I'm planning to do when I get my IC installed ;Sweet
