This is as already posted. Its an amazing tool for setting the rpm when timing the engine but. Having the actual directions of how to use it really helps. Its best used when timing by the timing light type of timing. This holds the rpm steady much better than your hand and trying to point the timing light directly at the damper marks can be ruff. This is why I wont time by the light method. My kent moore meters can time our engines or any engines to a tenth of a degree. No light can do that. And my meters do it by the microprocessor built into them. Just clean 2 probe places. Connect. Press one rocker switch and start timing at 2000 rpm. Even the rpm is on the digital display. What can be easier you ask.. Having someone else time your rig...
