hello all the truck i just bought, is an 87 6.9 four speed and it has the wastegated ats turbo system on it with tiny thin exhaust.
My question is when the turbo kits are put on these things does that quiet the motor way down?
My 1990 7.3 na was really loud, but i guess it could be because of the extra sound wave canceling going on between the intake manifold and where the air is sucked in. It has more length so that would quiet it down a lot?
Where can i get a diesel compression checker? Anyone have a guide to replacing the injection pumps?
