My 1991 Ford super duty (450) is missing the parking brake cables. I'm looking for a diagram for the routing. It appears that it goes to what appears to be so sort of hydraulic locking system that is attached to the rear end

It doesn't have rear parking brakes....
It's on the back of the transmission. "Driveline brake."

Jasper nailed it. An f-superduty only thing.

I do wonder what the gizmo in the pics is tho.

Pics haven't been loading on my end, wasn't able to view it. I'll try the web.
Okay, back.
Well for starters, parking brakes are never hydraulic.
That is a load sensing proportioning(?) Valve. The higher the load, the more braking power.

That’s correct, ford had to add that on to keep dot happy because those trucks didn’t have rabs.

In pic that is what activates the proportioning valve?? As I understand my proportionong valve is mounted on frame under dr seat ('90 CC Dually). I need to crawl & look under rear later today.

Reason I ask/wonder is cause several yr ago I did 3" frame lift, never had same braking as before. Thing stops but not same. Now with my D60 front disc when I stop fast/hard I got lots more braking in front than rear. Even with new shoes & pads.
Maybe I need to readjust some linkage to compensate for my 3" lift??

I'm still learning stuff..... LOL

This was only on the Dana 80 F-superduty trucks. The regular chassis trucks have a regular setup with rabs, the F-superduty trucks don’t have the mess of joiners and rabs valves on the frame.

The pre-RABS trucks also have the axle mounted valve. The 83-86 Bullnose trucks are that way.

My 83 doesn’t, maybe that’s part of my rear brakes being grabby issue lol

I crawled under the truck and the driveline braking system is missing. I recalled 2 years ago when I bought it that the other owner replaced the transmission so the whole assembly is gone. Thinking of a micro lock
