Where do you get your steering parts?

Something I noticed, stock ujoints are Spicer 5-153x. And fit Jeep Liberty limited edion diesel vehicles too. Just a thought

Where do you get your steering parts?

I stick with Moog , for suspension and steering parts. Dana spicer ujoints for my F-250, and Moog joints for my Samurai. Tighter fit on the cups . Rockauto usually, as the ship and you can weed through the offshore crap.

Another lift pump lets me down.

You won't notice any difference, performance wise. But the idea behind volume flow in fuel return, is to keep the air out of the system, and to get the fuel temperature down. Less restriction better flow, so relocating the line to go back to the tee, cools the fuel out of the pump faster then...

Has anyone replaced the fuel line going to the pump? I'm using 3/8th and never have issues from my Carter lift pump.

Having a winch means, you are popular, for those that don't. Those who don't, usually don't think, ahead, behind or to each side either.

You can see the cracking, right where the pivot for the fork attaches. These bellhousings are prone to crack here, the pivot came almost out off to one side, bent, not sure what happens first.

The pivot bolt, had not been lubed often enough I think, my bad. Here's the replacement housing with a good pin. I was in a hurry and didn't snap enough pics . I'd also fixed a couple cracks in the y-pipe while it was apart. Here it is, back together with some grease on it. Before the fork was...

So what did you do with your truck today?

Broke my bellhousing...

I'd put a dual diaphragm booster in, and a bigger master cylinder, guts wise, ended up 1 3/4 inch longer so cut the old pipe off and made another one with better flow. Picked up some earlier boost, and a bit more responce. Brakes work better too.
