I'm getting ready to do a major steering and hub replacement on my 2003 Dodge 2500 4x4 Diesel. Both hubs, upper and lower ball joints on both sides, the center link, drag link and tie-rod ends...plus the steering gearbox. So probably a Red Head steering box. It has the pitman arm stabilizer already. But where do you guys recommend getting the hubs, ball joints and steering parts?

Thanks

For steering box on these, imho its not about where to buy as what to buy. I would get the Delphi 680 box or the even stronger "6-bolt" box.

For joints and links i like Quicksteer (moog's budget brand that still has grease nipples).

Hubs (unit bearings) I get longest life from Timken or SKF.

I buy most everything from rockauto these days so i dont have to chase $hit around. Do check amazon though, occasionally they come out cheaper.

I stick with Moog , for suspension and steering parts. Dana spicer ujoints for my F-250, and Moog joints for my Samurai. Tighter fit on the cups . Rockauto usually, as the ship and you can weed through the offshore crap.

Something I noticed, stock ujoints are Spicer 5-153x. And fit Jeep Liberty limited edion diesel vehicles too. Just a thought

I'll stick with moog. Quick steer is totally different company. They are owned by the same parent company but that is the extent of it

To be clear, I buy Quicksteer for value, and it holds up well - not because of its corporate affiliation.
